Minimum Qualifications:

Open to college graduates (Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields) or undergraduates with relevant work experience in Italian language roles
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English languages
(For foreign candidates) Applicant must be willing to work, relocate and allowed to work in the Philippines
At least 2 years of professional IT experience or 2 years professional customer service/technical support work experience in BPO or related industry
Amenable to a flexible work schedule, as the need arises
